Emily Ratcliff entered the Real Estate profession nearly 15 years ago, after serving 20 years as an educator in and around the Lubbock area.

She received her BS from Lubbock Christian College, and a Master's in Education from Texas Woman's University.

Emily has served as Past President of the Lubbock Association of REALTORS, 2001, and held the position of Director, Region 1, for the Texas Assn of REALTORS for the past several years.

The Lubbock Symphony Guild, Lubbock Symphony Orchestra, and the Lubbock Club are just a few of the civic organizations that Emily has dedicated her time and talents to in the position of Board Member.

Emily married her husband, David Ratcliff, in 1974.  David is an educator, Counselor/Diagnostician with the Lubbock Independent School System.  They have a daughter, Mandy Biggers, married to Carter Biggers, and a son, Jay Ratcliff, who just completed a tour of duty in Iraq and graduated Company Honor Man, USMC in 2000.

Emily has dedicated countless hours to many worthwhile causes in her community, including Lubbock Chamber of Commerce, Lubbock Symphony, United Way, Ronald McDonald House, American Diabetes Assn, Meals on Wheels, Texas Boys Ranch, and Habitat for Humanity.

Emily is an active member of the Broadway Church of Christ.

Linda Gaither, CRS, GRI, ABR, SRES

Linda Gaither is one more educator turned successful REALTOR of the Building Memories Team!  Linda devoted 20 yeas to the Lubbock Independent School District before joing Emily in the field of Real Estate. 

Linda obtained her BS from Lubbock Christian College and several Master
Degrees from Texas Tech University. 

She is the President of the Lubbock Chamber of Commerce for 2005 as well as the President of the Lubbock Association of REALTORS.  

Linda is also a sought after speaker and member of the National Speakers Association.  

Her family is very important to Linda.  Her mother, Bobbie, resides in Lubbock, as well as a nephew, Matt, and his wife Kyla.  She has a sister, Carolyn, and brother-in-law, Drew that live in Allen, Texas.  Another nephew, Scott and his wife, Terran live in Abilene.

Along with her busy schedule, Linda still finds time to volunteer and chair many events for the Lubbock community, including the Lubbock Symphony, Habitat for Humanity, Amity Study Club, Meals on Wheels, Lubbock Womens Club, Texas Boys Ranch, and the Lubbock Public Transit Authority.
