Emily Ratcliff & Linda Gaither are not your typical real estate agents. To begin with, they work as a true team, believe in having fun, yet taking their jobs seriously. Having been friends since 1968 and working in real estate since 1992, their focus has always been on the relationships first and the houses second. Their knowledge of the local market, connections with REALTORS worldwide, and commitment to customer service are reflected in their yearly production. Team members Teri Jo Gilmore and Christopher Bailey are vital to this team approach.

Both Emily and Linda have served in leadership roles in a variety of non-profit and community service organizations. This attitude of giving back is just one of the reasons they have been with WestMark Companies for over 15 of their 18 years in the business. This commitment to service is a priority in their yearly goal setting.

Emily is married to David, a counselor in the Lubbock Independent School District. They have two children and three grandchildren. Their time is spent with family members and friends near and far. It's a good thing they enjoy traveling!

Linda enjoys sharing time with her mother, Bobbie "GeeGee" Gaither, and her extended family. She has a passion for public speaking and thrives on her volunteer activites.

For the past 16 years, Emily and Linda have hosted the "West Texas Jubilee," which is a client appreciation event - complete with BBQ, a band, and family photos. This is a priceless time to reunite with their loyal client base. Along with this yearly celebration, these ladies make the holiday season happier for approximately 275 families by delivering the "Twelve Days of Christmas." It has become a tradition they have continued for 9 years. Emily and Linda credit their parents for being role models for hard work, having fun, and giving back. They compliment each other by believing their life mission is service. Many have heard them say, "Being with you at this stage is such an honor for us." They want you to be customers for life!

Christopher Bailey, Realtor happily joined the Building Memories Team in 2009. He is a Lubbock transplant originally from Indiana. He holds active Real Estate Licenses in Indiana and Texas and has immensely enjoyed working with both Buyers & Sellers in the 8 years he has spent in Real Estate. Already feeling at home in the Lubbock, he spends his time at WestMark Realtors, teaching at Lubbock Christian University, and will graduate with his PhD at Texas Tech University in 2011.
